it's much easier to turn
a friendship into a love,
than a love into a friendship

| opening yourself up, even if it means your heart and soul are crushed--that's what makes you stronger. that's what gives you the power to move on and put the past behind you. to get out there, and get your heart stomped on all over again.
Love comes to those who still hope,
even though they've been disappointed.
And it comes to those who still love,
even though they have been hurt before

| it's one thing to know, and to be sad about what you know... but I think not knowing is even harder. There's always that sense of possibility, the "what if", that tiny glimmer of hope that keeps you going. But my faith is what keeps me going, My belief and knowledge that Jesus is Lord and that someday I'll be in heaven with him :) It's an amazing thing. With all of the uncertainty that this life brings, I know where I'll end up and that is truly the greatest gift of all. |
